VACANCY
Gloria Watts

There’s a place in my heart
that’s empty,
a place where you might
want to dwell.

I can’t promise
everlasting comfort,
there might be
a little touch of hell.

But, should you
accept my invitation,
I will take down the sign
upon the door

Replace it with
another simply saying,
vacancy within my heart
now filled.
